The first challenge of my new 30-day-art-challenge was “Introduce yourself!”. So hokey, well, this is me, hi world. 
I’m Laurence, I’m an 18 year old Dutch girl who finds refugee in art, and mostly in the stories art can tell. Live has for the most part treated me very well, though the last couple of months have been rough. In those months, art has become even more important to me than it did before. You know that feeling some music can convey? That chill? I wanna find a way to create that in art too.
I still have a long road to walk and so many things to see, endure and figure out. I hope art will always be there to guide me in that and to assist me in telling my story. But well – I need to improve my art first. So here’s to finishing (for the very first time!) this art-challenge. Here. We. GO.
